NaX, 13X-HP and Li-LSX respond differently to partial pressure, cycle timing, bed volume and ambient conditions. A higher laboratory capacity does not guarantee a direct replacement in an existing machine. Validate the identified grade in a representative cycle.
Zeolite begins adsorbing water vapor as soon as the package is opened. Prepare the columns, tools and loading team before opening. Feed air must be free of liquid water, oil and particles to protect the new charge.
Define the same grade family, particle size, packaging and delivery condition for the sample and the order. Record the loading mass, initial performance and test method so a successful sample can be compared with the commercial lot.

No. Lithium grades can improve productivity in suitable designs, but bed size, pressure, cycle, energy use, cost and the approved equipment specification determine the right choice.
Not automatically. Pressure, vacuum level, cycle speed, bed geometry, recovery target and particle-size restrictions differ between systems.
Purity depends on the complete system, including feed-air treatment, compressor, valves, beds, cycle, flow rate and ambient conditions. The adsorbent cannot compensate for equipment faults.
